This stunning variety grows best within 3 to 4 feet of an east- or west-facing window (or the equivalent of). It does equally well under natural and artificial light. It prefers average household temperatures and average to above-average relative humidity levels (40 percent or more is ideal). Water as the top couple of inches so of the potting mix dries to the touch. Avoid letting it dry out.
